At Thermaltake, we stand by the quality of our high-performance PC components and peripherals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate an RMA Request

  Log into your account and visit the Support Center to complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with your order details.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
