Warranty periods vary by product category: Power supplies typically carry a 5 to 10-year warranty, while liquid cooling components, cases, and accessories generally include a 2 to 3-year limited warranty.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are Thermaltake liquid cooling components compatible with other brands?
Most of our Pacific series fittings and tubing use standard G1/4" threads, making them compatible with most industry-standard liquid cooling components, though we recommend using Thermaltake coolants for optimal performance.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, items fall under our standard RMA warranty process for repair or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I sync my RGB lighting with my motherboard?
Our TT RGB PLUS products can be synced using the TT RGB PLUS software or by connecting the hardware to your motherboard's 5V addressable RGB header for control via ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, or Gigabyte RGB Fusion.
